Product Overview
Product Overview
Amino Acid Chelated Ca-Mg Liquid (Foliar Spray) is a high-efficiency amino acid chelated medium-element fertilizer. It is a transparent liquid with amino acid content ≥350g/L, calcium+magnesium ≥150g/L, specific gravity 1.4, and pH 7.5. Using an oxide fully chelated process, calcium and magnesium exist in amino acid chelated form, directly absorbable by crops with far higher absorption rate than ordinary inorganic medium-element fertilizers. Contains no nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, or chloride ions, suitable for green agriculture.
Core Advantages
- Calcium & Magnesium SupplementCa+Mg≥150g/L, one application simultaneously supplies both calcium and magnesium, two key secondary nutrients.
- Fully Chelated Oxide TechnologyCalcium and magnesium exist in amino acid chelated form, offering high stability and resistance to soil fixation
- High amino acid contentAA≥350g/L, provides crops with rich organic nutrition while enhancing stress resistance
- High absorption and utilization rateAmino acids directly participate in crop metabolism, and calcium and magnesium absorption rates can be 3-5 times higher than common inorganic fertilizers.
- Fully Water SolubleTransparent liquid, dissolves quickly, no sediment or residue, suitable for foliar spraying and drip irrigation systems
- Prevent Nutrient DeficiencyEffectively prevents cracking, bitter pit, blossom-end rot, yellowing, and other calcium and magnesium deficiency symptoms.
- Pure and SafeContains no nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, or chloride ions, suitable for green agricultural production.

Application Scenarios
Application Reference
Foliar spray (recommended)
Fully water-soluble transparent liquid, ideal for rapid foliar calcium and magnesium supplementation; amino acid chelated form allows direct absorption through leaves.
- Dilution ratio: 1:500 — 1:1000
- Application Rate: 30 — 60 L/ha
- Frequency: Every 7 — 10 days
- Note: Apply in the morning or evening to avoid high temperature periods.
Drip Irrigation Application
Suitable for protected agriculture and precision fertilization; calcium and magnesium are directly available for crop root uptake.
- Dilution Ratio: 1:200 — 1:500
- Application rate: 2 — 5 L/acre/application
- Frequency: Every 10 — 15 days
- Note: Can be used together with water-soluble macroelement fertilizers
Flush Application
Apply via fertigation with irrigation water, suitable for fruit trees, vegetables, and other cash crops to supplement secondary nutrients.
- Dosage: 5 — 10 L/acre/application
- Dilution Ratio: 1:100 — 1:200
- Time: Key crop growth period
- Note: Better results with small amounts applied multiple times
Water-Soluble Fertilizer Compounding
Use as a secondary nutrient source in combination with water-soluble NPK fertilizers for balanced nutrition.
- Use with water-soluble NPK fertilizer
- Addition ratio: 3 — 8%
- Suitable for melons, vegetables, and fruit trees
- Can be used alone or with other amino acid products

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; use promptly after opening.
- Boron dosage must be carefully controlled to avoid boron toxicity.
- Compatible with most fertilizers and pesticides, but a small-scale test is recommended before use.
- For foliar spraying, it is recommended to conduct a small-scale test first to confirm no phytotoxicity before large-scale use.
- It is recommended to filter the solution before drip irrigation to prevent impurities from clogging the drippers.
FAQ
Calcium and magnesium have a close synergistic relationship in plants:
- Mutual absorption enhancementMagnesium promotes calcium absorption and transport; magnesium deficiency can affect calcium uptake and utilization.
- Jointly participate in photosynthesisMagnesium is a core component of chlorophyll, calcium stabilizes cell wall structure, and both synergistically promote healthy plant growth.
- Prevents comprehensive nutrient deficiencyCalcium and magnesium deficiency both affect crop growth and development, simultaneous supplementation can prevent fruit cracking, yellow leaves, blossom-end rot, and other physiological disorders.
- Improves fruit qualityCombined calcium and magnesium supplementation significantly improves fruit firmness, storability, and appearance quality.
Therefore, supplementing calcium and magnesium together is far more efficient than supplementing them separately.
The main difference lies in chelation technology and nutrient form:
- Common calcium/magnesium fertilizersExists in inorganic salt form (e.g., calcium nitrate, magnesium sulfate), requiring crop conversion into absorbable forms with lower absorption rate and prone to precipitation fixation with soil phosphates.
- Calcium Magnesium Foliar FertilizerExists in amino acid chelated form, calcium and magnesium are "wrapped" by amino acid molecules, offering good stability and resistance to soil fixation, directly absorbable by crops with absorption rate 3-5 times that of ordinary inorganic fertilizers.
Additionally, amino acids themselves serve as a directly usable organic nitrogen source for crops, significantly improving stress resistance and quality.
The timing of calcium and magnesium supplementation should be determined based on the crop growth cycle and nutrient requirements.
- Seedling stagePromotes seedling root development and leaf growth
- Flowering periodPromotes pollen development and fertilization, increases fruit set rate
- Young Fruit StagePromotes cell division and development in young fruit, laying a foundation for fruit enlargement.
- Fruit Expansion StagePromotes rapid fruit expansion, prevents cracking and malformation
- After harvestReplenish tree nutrition, restore tree vigor
It is recommended to apply before the key calcium and magnesium demand period; prevention is better than cure.
